red pin Personal Protective Equipment Safety Program

This 19-minute video-tape demonstrates the importance of proper personal protective equipment, including how to use it properly and how to keep it in top-notch shape. It also features an interview with Chief Steve Wantagh, NY, who was severely burned in a fire that was routine. His story will help firefighters understand the importance of "always wear the right gear and wear the right gear right." The program also includes an instructor's guide) includes overhead templates) and a color poster. 

red pin The NEW VFIS Emergency Vehicle Driver Training Program

This 16-hour seminar is the flagship educational program of VFIS and is directed to both current and potential emergency vehicle drivers. Recently redesigned and updated, the program incorporates the major elements of a comprehensive driver training program - classroom instruction, competency course, and testing.

In this one-hour dynamic video-tape, noted attorney, author and lecturer, Gordon Graham of Long Beach, CA, clearly presents the issues and answers questions about sexual harassment. This production highlights the "Five Pillars" of a successful sexual harassment program. The program consists of a video and other materials. 

red pin Building Blocks Program

This four-hour program is a step-by-step process for building community support for volunteer fire departments. The program includes an instructor's guide and reference manual (this manual may be requested separately).
